Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering solutions for renewable energy, power grid modernization, nuclear, and environmental safety projects.
- Collaborating with engineers from multiple disciplines to integrate electrical systems into broader project scopes.
- Learning and applying codes and standards for project design.
- Collecting field data in collaboration with senior engineers.
- Adapting to new software systems and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Maintaining a positive attitude towards learning and feedback.
- Meeting deadlines and connecting academic knowledge with practical industry work.
About You
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited school, graduating May-June 2026 preferred.
- Completion or knowledge of courses in Circuit Analysis, Power Systems, and Control Systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to climb stairs and ladders, navigate client sites, and work outdoors.
- Willingness to travel for client and company projects or meetings.
- U.S. citizenship required for certain federal contract roles.
- Availability to start between May and August 2026.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $71,000 to $85,000, based on role, experience, and location.
