Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Participate in a three-year entry-level program with at least three technical rotational assignments in various technology positions.
- Engage in design engineering, systems management, finite element analysis, quality improvement, cost reduction, product reliability, and component & product testing.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing and product management to integrate product designs that meet customer needs.
- Develop technical problem-solving skills through advanced engineering coursework, formal reports, and presentations to senior leadership.
About You
The company is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (out of 4.0).
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
- Located in Louisville, KY.
Training & Development
- Obtain a Master’s Degree in Engineering, fully paid by the company, through partnership with a local university offering on-site, customized classes.
- Receive mentoring from assignment leaders to enhance technical and professional skills.
