Collaborate with Blue Origin’s corporate team, supporting business units with engineering expertise while focusing on reusable space vehicle development.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations
  • Working independently and collaboratively on rapid development programs
  • Applying skills in industrial, mechanical, manufacturing, or aerospace engineering
  • Engaging in facility layout planning, Lean/Six Sigma projects, time studies, and capacity analysis (preferred)
  • Contributing to hands-on projects and co-curricular engagement

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

  • Successfully completed a Blue Origin internship in 2025
  • Enrolled or recently graduating student from a college or university
  • Able to start full-time work on or before September 2026
  • Minimum B.S. degree in industrial, mechanical, manufacturing, aerospace engineering, or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-driven with minimal direction needed
  • Strong written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for Blue Origin’s mission and continuous learning
  • U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum status
  • Preferred experience includes facility layout planning, Lean/Six Sigma, time studies, capacity analysis, relevant internships/co-ops, academic projects, and leadership qualities

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary ranges: CA $73,095–$102,333; CO $67,005–$93,805.95; WA $73,095–$102,333 (other sites may differ)
  • Living allowance and relocation assistance for eligible employees relocating to or traveling frequently to Van Horn, TX
