Early Career Industrial Engineer supporting projects in time studies, facility layout, and manufacturing process design at Blue Origin.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Conduct time studies, work sampling, and statistical analysis
- Design manufacturing processes and perform cost/benefit analysis
- Support facility layout planning and capacity analysis projects
- Collaborate with Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations
- Work independently and as part of a team on rapid development programs
About You
What you'll need:
- Successfully completed a Blue Origin internship in 2025
- Enrolled or recently graduating student with a B.S. degree in industrial, mechanical, manufacturing, aerospace engineering, or equivalent
- Able to start full-time work on or before September 2026
- U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum
- Strong written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven with ability to seek out requirements with minimal direction
- Passion for Blue Origin’s mission and continuous learning
- Preferred: experience with facility layout planning, Lean/Six Sigma projects, time studies, capacity analysis, hands-on projects, and leadership qualities
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary ranges: CA $73,095–$102,333; CO $67,005–$93,805.95; WA $73,095–$102,333 (other sites may differ)
