Join Droga5, part of Accenture Song, as a Designer to develop brand-building design solutions with oversight from senior designers in a world-class creative agency.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Executing design solutions that reflect client goals and vision with oversight from senior designers
• Providing communications and visual design point of view
• Participating in discussions to clarify purposes and objectives that bring brand strategy and creative ideas to life
• Actively contributing to ideation sessions representing the look and feel of communications and experiences
• Building and maintaining working relationships with other design and agency departments and functions
• Assisting the team with brainstorming, implementing design concepts, infographics, image creation, asset gathering, typesetting, and other design needs
• Creating visual concepts, designs, and layouts for various mediums and formats
• Preparing final artwork and assets for online use such as banner and website ads and pages
• Managing and completing multiple tasks and projects within deadlines and constraints while tracking details with oversight

About You

The company is looking for:

• Portfolio or samples demonstrating smart, brand-building designs and executions
• Expert proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign
• Experience with digital media content
• Exceptional organizational and planning skills with attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong oral and written communication skills for effective communication with clients, internal staff, and management
• Excellent organizational skills for personal time management and team coordination
• Demonstrated ability to work in a self-sufficient manner
• Ability to multitask, manage simultaneous projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly salary range: $24.42 to $63.13
