Join Adobe’s Digital Strategy Group to collaborate with senior clients on customer-experience transformation and digital innovation.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participate in client-facing strategy engagements with senior customers, working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product experts, and enterprise architects.
  • Collaborate with senior customer executives through executive advisory, presenting market research and Adobe’s perspective on business challenges.
  • Facilitate customer workshops for discovery and solution development aligned to business challenges, including use case ideation and customer journey creation.
  • Develop industry leadership by collaborating with subject matter specialists to define Adobe’s industry perspective and author thought leadership assets.
  • Support Adobe’s industry and partner strategy by aligning internal and partner ecosystems and coordinating go-to-market efforts.
  • Engage with Center of Excellence teams to leverage core tools and capabilities for DSG engagements.

About You

What you'll need:

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Availability for a full-time internship from May to September 2026.
  • Outstanding academic and professional achievement.
  • Passion for digital experiences and/or cloud technology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
  • Effective verbal and written communication of complex ideas.
  • High intellectual curiosity and quick concept absorption.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% (actual amount may be less).
  • Desirable but not essential: experience in technology companies, strategy consulting, digital agencies, or marketing departments; experience creating digital/brand/media strategies; experience in Retail, Travel & Hospitality, Media & Entertainment, Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Auto, or Public Sector industries.

Compensation & Benefits

  • U.S. pay range: $37.00 – $50.00 hourly, varying by geographic market.

Training & Development

  • Opportunity to develop as a customer and business leader by learning the Experience Cloud business and collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Professional Services.
  • Deepen subject matter expertise within assigned industry teams.
  • Engagement with Center of Excellence teams to enhance core tools and capabilities.
