Responsible for managing multiple real estate development projects for 3CDC in downtown Cincinnati and Over-the-Rhine, supporting revitalization efforts in a collaborative, high-performing team.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing project components for 3CDC’s development projects in the Central Business District (CBD) and Over-the-Rhine (OTR), varying in size and complexity.
  • Working as a supporting member of larger teams or independently leading smaller projects.
  • Ensuring projects advance on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.
  • Analyzing and outlining critical paths of assigned projects.
  • Establishing viable development plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Guiding project design and underwriting real estate financing.
  • Managing front-end payment processes for projects.
  • Accurately tracking project schedules and budgets, ensuring targets are met.
  • Overseeing project construction.
  • Preparing materials and presentations for meetings.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with 3CDC team members, outside partners, stakeholders, and potential investors/developers.
  • Performing other related business duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

About You:

  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team setting supporting several people.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) from an accredited college or university in business, finance, urban planning, architecture, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and general office procedures and equipment.
  •  Ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality.
  • Physical and mental ability to work at a desk/computer for extended periods, move around the office, and perform tasks requiring digital dexterity, hand/eye coordination, and effective communication.
  • Ability to work well under stress and handle additional mental requirements such as comparing, deciding, directing, problem-solving, analyzing, instructing, and interpreting.
