Your role 

• Managing support cases to enable fast resolution of inbound requests while delivering quality, and meeting or exceeding our developers’ expectations.
• Triaging developer requests and cases by collecting the required information to answer the question or raise to Tier 2 support of the Ecosystem engineering teams
• Supporting ad-hoc projects to improve the Developer Support team processes and operations
• Using our ticket tracking system to work on developer's requests

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Are operations oriented and look for ways to improve processes
• Have the ability to adapt to a changing environment and balance multiple priorities
• Have good analytical and troubleshooting skills
