Deals Edge - Corporate Finance Associate (Jul 2026)

Join PwC’s EDGE 2-year graduate programme to develop expertise in Corporate Finance and Deals advisory across multiple regions.

Your role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Deliver innovative deal solutions and provide advice from initiation through deal completion
• Act as lead financial advisers in sell-side and buy-side transactions
• Prepare pitchbooks, information memorandums, teasers, and other presentation materials
• Execute engagements under guidance of Corporate Finance Partners and Directors
• Perform deal execution tasks including financial modelling
• Learn deal dynamics and financial intricacies across various industries
• Participate in rotations between Corporate Finance and other Deals competencies during the 2-year EDGE Programme
• Attend a 1-month PwC Valuation Masterclass and pursue Chartered Valuer and Appraiser Programme

About you

The company is looking for:

• Final year students in Accounting, Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related disciplines with aptitude for Deals
• Impressive academic and co-curricular achievements
• Natural-born leaders, including outstanding sportsmen and women
• Results-oriented self-starters and bright team players with strong business acumen
• Ability to think laterally and outside the box
• Ability to work independently, effectively under pressure, and adapt in dynamic environments
• Fluency in additional languages is an advantage
• Willingness to travel

Training & development

• Intensive 1-month PwC Valuation Masterclass course upon commencement
• Sponsored Chartered Valuer and Appraiser Programme to develop business valuation skills
• Rotational experience across Corporate Finance and other Deals business units

Career progression

• Specialise in Corporate Finance from Year 3 onwards
