Deals Edge Associate (Jul 2026)

Join PwC’s Deals Advisory Practice through the 2-year Edge Programme, gaining hands-on experience in mergers, acquisitions, and financial valuation.

Your role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Participate in a 2-year rotational programme across Deals competencies within your home business unit.
• Attend a 1-month intensive PwC Masterclass on valuation and financial modelling.
• Undertake the Chartered Valuer and Appraiser Programme (CVA) sponsored by PwC.
• Develop skills in business valuation, deal origination, transaction support, finance raising, post-deal integration, and exit strategies.
• From year 3, specialise in a Deals competency to advise clients on M&A, infrastructure projects, restructuring, and business turnarounds.
• Build a strong internal network and gain diverse knowledge across multiple Deals areas.

About you

The company is looking for:

• Final year Accounting, Business, or Finance students from local or overseas universities; students from other disciplines with aptitude for Deals also considered.
• Impressive academic and co-curricular achievement record.
• Natural-born leaders, with outstanding sportsmen and women considered favourably.
• Results-oriented self-starters who are bright team players, resourceful, and possess strong business acumen.
• Ability to think laterally and outside the box.
• Capability to work independently, effectively under pressure, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel is essential.
