Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering innovative data science solutions with commercial impact for clients and customers.
  • Working on projects involving machine learning, business intelligence, data engineering, and visualization.
  • Collaborating on agile teams with peers and experienced data scientists.

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Python and willingness to learn SQL and other languages during the internship.
  • Authorization to work permanently in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Preferred: knowledge of machine learning/data science theory, experience with large disparate data sets, mathematics and statistics modeling skills.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to explain thought processes and seek clarification when needed.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full-time summer internship with base pay: New York, NY $105,000-$115,000; Chicago, IL $95,000.

Training & Development

  • 10-week summer internship beginning in June with professional growth supported through project work aligned with interests.
  • Mentorship and engaging speaker series with senior leaders.

Career Progression

  • Potential for full-time employment offers upon successful completion of the internship program.
