Your role

You will work with:

As a DDP Co-op, you will collaborate with the DDP Knowledge Team (KT), DDP Program Management Team and colleagues across BCG to accelerate their growth and strengthen their community. Their DDP KT is a group of data and technology experts that enables insight for case teams and clients. KT members are affiliated with BCG Practice Areas, plugged into the strategic agenda, and build/deploy leading-edge IP/tools/assets to deliver insight.

What you'll do:

As a Data and Digital Platform (DDP) Co-op, you will accelerate their growth and strengthen their community in North America by supporting high-level strategic and operational initiatives that include:

  • Logistical and content prep support for DDP WW (Worldwide) seminars, DDP LT (Leadership Team) meetings and DDP Microsite.
  • Create a community and animate DDP squad activities and efforts in the US to create a stronger connection across regions.
  • Support with onboarding, training, playbooks, accelerators, and Tier 1s related to relevant DDP topics (Tech Architecture, Data, etc.)
  • DDP enables and accelerates digital transformations with a fast, value-focused and self-funded approach by moving incrementally to a data-driven business architecture supported by a data-driven, layered tech architecture and platform organization.

About You

You bring (Experience & Qualifications):

  • Must be an undergraduate student currently enrolled in Northeastern University and approved by the university to participate in the January to June 2024 co-op cycle.
  • First-hand knowledge and/or experience in one or several of these topics: Digital Strategy and Transformations, Data Strategy and Transformations, Data Governance and Management, Data Analytics, Data Architecture, Technology Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Workday, etc.), Cloud Service Providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment.
