Join Adobe as a Customer Value Strategy Intern to analyze customer journeys and deliver actionable insights that drive business value.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Participate in client-facing engagements focused on maximizing customer value and experience.
- Analyze customer journeys using Adobe Experience Cloud, Miro, Qualtrics, and other UX/CX platforms.
- Support development of visual storytelling assets using Keynote, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and technical experts to deliver aligned solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and ideation sessions to co-create North Star experiences and value realization strategies.
- Contribute to thought leadership by authoring assets and sharing best practices in customer value and experience optimization.
- Engage with Center of Excellence teams to leverage core tools and capabilities for Customer Value Practice engagements.
About You
What you'll need:
- Currently enrolled full-time pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Availability for a full-time internship between May and September 2026.
- Experience with UX/CX software such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Qualtrics, Miro, and visual storytelling tools like Keynote, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with people at all levels.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas verbally and in writing, including through visual storytelling.
- Passion for new knowledge and ability to absorb concepts quickly.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay range: $25.00 – $30.00, varying by U.S. geographic market.
- Compensation reflects cost of labor across several U.S. markets.
