Facilitate customer transitions to Reynolds and Reynolds software with extensive travel and training.
Your Role:
Key responsibilities include:
- Traveling approximately 80% of the time to install and convert software for customers.
- Meeting with dealership management to understand their needs and customize the system.
- Training key dealership personnel on using the solution.
- Supporting current customers and preparing for future trips from a home office.
- Conducting follow-ups with recently installed customers.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to travel 80% of the time.
- An outgoing, friendly personality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
- Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $50,000 - $52,000 per year.
