Project Management Specialist (Start ASAP)

Eterna Indonesia, a pioneer in integrating advanced technologies within the renewable energy sector, is seeking a proactive Project Management Specialist to oversee and enhance our solar energy projects. This role involves active coordination between sales representatives and solar company partners, ensuring efficient project management and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the project manager for solar energy projects, overseeing communications and updates between our sales representatives and over 30 specialized solar energy installer/EPC companies in the USA.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring all milestones are met and updates are communicated effectively through our apps and tools.
• Manage inquiries and resolve issues between all stakeholders, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and trust.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates are provided to all parties involved, leveraging our technology platforms to enhance communication and project transparency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all partners and clients, acting as the primary point of contact for our solar project initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience in project management, particularly in the solar energy or related industries.
• Proficient with digital tools such as Google Suite, Office Suite, Zoom, and Discord, and open to learning new technologies as needed.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and relationships effectively.
• Any prior experience with CRM tools and project management software is highly valued.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Netsuite, Docusign, Office 365, Slack, and other relevant technologies.
• Experience or interest in AI technologies and machine learning is considered an advantage.
