Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing solar energy projects, coordinating communications between sales reps and over 30 solar installer/EPC companies in the USA.
  • Help monitor project milestones, ensuring updates are effectively communicated via apps and tools.
  • Support handling inquiries and resolving issues, maintaining stakeholder satisfaction and trust.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interest in project management and the solar energy industry.
  • Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Suite and Office Suite.

Pros

  • Di Eterna Indonesia, kita benar-benar didukung buat berkembang dalam karir, ada banyak sekali peluang untuk maju.

  • Lingkungan yang suportif, managemen yang transparan, kesempatan berkembang dan 100% remote.

  • Gaji di kantor saya cukup kompetitif dan berada di atas rata-rata.

  • Budaya di perusahaan ini luar biasa. semua tim sangat ramah dan kami berkomunikasi dengan sangat baik.

  • Training yang ada cukup sistematis dan mudah dimengerti.

Cons

    • Kadang terjadi komunikasi yang terhambat atau kelewat karena lingkungan kerja yang fully remote.

    • Jam kerja mengikuti waktu US, memang cukup sulit untuk bekerja di jam malam.

    • Tidak terlalu banyak interaksi antar karyawan selain dengan cara online.

    • Semuanya serba virtual dan terkadang sulit untuk bekerja dari rumah terutama karena gangguan dari keluarga.
