Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Use professional communication and interviewing skills to evaluate customer satisfaction with products, consulting services, sales, and overall satisfaction of Reynolds and Reynolds
• Assist with testing new customer surveys
• Participate in other project-based work

About You

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to type 40 WPM
• Detail oriented
