- Use professional communication and interviewing skills to evaluate customer satisfaction with products, consulting services, sales, and overall satisfaction of Reynolds and Reynolds
- Assist with testing new customer surveys
- Participate in other project-based work

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 40 WPM
- Detail oriented
