Interns will leverage AI-powered tools to analyze customer feedback, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support marketing and service strategies at Philips, a global health technology company.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leverage AI-powered tools to analyze customer feedback, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for marketing and service strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, service, and customer support teams to identify and share best practices for customer engagement.
  • Support initiatives fostering direct connection between frontline staff and customers.
  • Assist with monitoring the closed loop process for customer feedback and engage with internal stakeholders through improvement initiatives and feedback sessions.

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Marketing, UI/UX, or Business.
  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, strong communication, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to take initiative, ask questions, and propose creative solutions to business challenges.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment.
  • Interest in learning and exploring new ways to measure and improve customer experience.
  • Openness to exploring how data and AI can drive better decision-making and customer outcomes.
  • Strong computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to meet minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Paid 3-month internship.
  • Hourly pay range in Massachusetts: Bachelor Level $26–30/hour, Master’s Level $33–46/hour, plus overtime eligible.
  • Hourly pay range in Tennessee: Bachelor Level $21–24/hour, Master’s Level $30–40/hour, plus overtime eligible.
  • Actual pay may vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, business needs, location, and internal equity.
