Customer Experience and Design Intern - St. Louis (Jun 2026)

Join Mastercard as a Customer Experience and Design Intern to transform customer feedback into actionable insights and drive innovation.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Gathering customer feedback through surveys, support interactions, in-app feedback, and phone calls across B2B and B2C touchpoints
• Delivering insights to product, delivery, and service teams to enable data-driven decisions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Supporting Mastercard’s Voice of the Customer Center of Excellence in embedding customer feedback into decision-making
• Contributing to customer-centric innovation, operational excellence, and strategic impact initiatives

About You

The company is looking for:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a business focus, graduating Winter 2026 – Spring 2027
• Experience conducting market research
• Experience with voice of the customer or strong customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication skills and ability to tackle complex problems
• Eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship (not eligible for Mastercard’s work authorization sponsorship)
