Ramp is seeking phone customer support operators to provide exceptional service and collaborate with internal teams at a fast-growing financial operations platform.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Utilize critical thinking to diagnose and resolve complex customer issues with tooling or engineering support
- Work with the support lead on documentation, escalations, product updates, and communication with teams and third parties
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat to help Ramp scale effectively
- Maintain industry-leading customer satisfaction rates
- Provide customer feedback and insights to improve the product
- Learn the Ramp platform thoroughly to maximize customer support effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with account management, product, and engineering teams
About You
What you'll need:
- Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience providing customer support primarily via phone, with some email and live chat
- Investigative and critical thinking skills
- Desire for ownership and growth in the role
- Experience collaborating with teams outside of support
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $48,000–$70,000 (NYC or SF); $48,000–$65,000 (other locations), hourly with minimum hourly expectation
