Creative Services Intern - Melbourne, FL (Start ASAP)

L3Harris seeks a Creative Services Intern in Melbourne, FL to support video, photo, and live event production for diverse visual communications.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with the Manager of Creative Services Video, Photo, and Live events to drive visual communications across advertising, web, and social media channels
• Capture, edit, and create video content for tradeshows, product marketing, engineering demos, and customer meetings
• Assist in producing live webcasts from the L3Harris broadcast studio in Melbourne, FL
• Perform video and sound capture and editing, including color correction, motion graphics, titling, music/voice-over, and special effects
• Create unique video content and motion graphics for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
• Assist with lighting setup, staging, and still photography
• Organize, manage, and archive project media
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Assist with script and storyboard development to support video objectives
• Work within established company brand guidelines

About You

The company is looking for:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Media Production, Film, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, visual effects, and sound software
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other photo editing/processing software
• Ability to travel and support video capture efforts
• General understanding of the online video environment and online distribution
• Comfortable working with executive leadership
• General knowledge of developing scripts and storyboards for creative messaging
• Skills using Microsoft Office products Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Understanding of social media platforms and video trends including YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
• General understanding of a broadcast studio
