Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Applying to be considered for Rivian’s 2026 summer internship program
• Potential placement on teams such as Embedded Software, System Engineering - Test & Integration, Power Electronics, various Controls teams, and various Automation teams

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree
• Actively pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field
• Experience with programming languages such as C, C++, and Python
• Embedded software development and optimization experience
• Ability to read, debug, and develop software code
• Experience with troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex systems
• Software development experience on microcontrollers
• Experience utilizing scripting languages
• Applied knowledge and understanding of engineering first principles

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay range: $25.00 - $51.00
