Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Contribute to meaningful summer projects addressing real business problems with the latest technology and tools.
- Collaborate in-person with teams, clients, and company leaders to build relationships and foster an inclusive workplace.
- Develop core consulting skills to help clients drive transformation and create impact.
- Support strategic development, process improvement, and organizational change initiatives.
- Analyze data to uncover insights, solve complex problems, and inform business decisions.
- Participate in strategic sourcing initiatives including spend analysis, benchmarking, RFPs, supplier negotiations, and cost optimization methodologies (for Sourcing & Procurement role).
- Apply modern tech and operational models to improve manufacturing, maintenance, quality control, productivity, safety, and sustainability (for Industry X role).
- Work in-person at offices, client sites, or delivery centers to collaborate effectively.
- Receive ongoing mentorship and guidance throughout the internship.
- Apply soft skills such as communication, adaptability, eagerness to learn, and strong organizational abilities.
About You
The company is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in any discipline, preferably Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Operations, Logistics, Management, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.
- Expected graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027.
- Prior internship or work experience.
- Preferred: Internship experience in technology, consulting, or related fields.
- Strong core consulting skills with data-driven methodologies to generate strategic insights.
- Leadership experience in student organizations or extracurricular activities.
- Growth mindset with commitment to continuous learning and development.
- Applicants must have work authorization in the US without future visa sponsorship requirements.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate range: $32.00 to $35.00 depending on location (California, Colorado, New York/New Jersey, Washington, District of Columbia, Maryland, Illinois, Minnesota, Massachusetts, Ohio).
