Consultant Financial Services Regulatory (May 2026)

Join Forvis Mazars as a Consultant in Financial Services Regulatory, conducting compliance reviews and delivering expert advisory services.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Conducting Regulatory Compliance Reviews
• Conducting Independent Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Reviews
• Interfacing with senior management of clients
• Writing reports including key findings and recommendations
• Participating in client meetings and executive presentations
• Maintaining high quality in work, client relations, and team relations
• Performing other duties as assigned by firm leadership
• Executing all facets of engagement activities with significant independence
• Delivering unmatched client experience through timely and responsive communication with internal and external clients

About You

The company is looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related fields
• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Effective time management skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to take initiative
• Close attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range for Illinois market: $71,000 to $75,000 based on experience, education, and skill set
• Eligibility for time and a half pay for hours worked over 40 per workweek (non-exempt/hourly positions)
