Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform construction inspections of basic to moderate complexity under direct supervision.
- Evaluate the condition of structures and document deterioration and structural condition.
- Document deficiencies between design and execution of construction.
- Perform sampling as needed.
- Report discovered deficiencies or construction issues to project leadership.
About You
The company is looking for candidates with:
- High School diploma, Vocational Technical degree, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related experience (equivalent additional experience may substitute for degree).
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
- Basic knowledge of arithmetic and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn new computer or smartphone applications.
- Basic knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment used in construction.
- Ability to read, understand, interpret, and explain construction plans, drawings, contract provisions, and specifications.
- Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally up to 10% of the time, depending on workload and project demands.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $31.66 to $50.65 per hour, varying by geographic location and experience.
- Discretionary bonuses may apply.
