Assist in managing residential construction, ensuring quality and schedule adherence at Lennar.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining job schedules
  • Inspect and enforce job safety requirements
  • Complete 'punch lists' and assist in new home orientation
  • Attend construction meetings and training classes
  • Ensure job site cleanliness and assist in model/inventory maintenance
  • Assist in service-related issues
  • Interact daily with division personnel, subcontractors, business partners, and homeowners

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • College degree or equivalent education preferred
  • Construction experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
  • Effective communication skills
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Valid auto insurance coverage
