Assist in managing residential construction, focusing on zero defects and schedule adherence.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in preparing and maintaining job schedules.
  • Inspecting and enforcing job safety requirements.
  • Completing punch lists and assisting in new home orientation.
  • Attending construction meetings and training classes.
  • Ensuring job site cleanliness and assisting in model/inventory maintenance.
  • Assisting in service-related issues.
  • Interacting daily with division personnel, subcontractors, business partners, and homeowners.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • Construction experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Valid auto insurance coverage.
