Participate in construction project phases assisting with budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and contractor management at Mayo Clinic.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participate in various phases of the construction process on assigned projects or topics.
  • Assist with budgeting and scheduling of projects and work orders.
  • Support work planning and sequencing.
  • Assist with contract administration and construction document control.
  • Manage contractor relations under supervision of a Construction Manager.
  • Work experience period from May 2026 to December 2026, with flexible exact dates.

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Completion of 2-3 years of education in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Interior Design from an accredited program.
  • Plans to continue academic work toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Minimum GPA of 2.75.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly wage of $22.93.
  • Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
  • 80 hours per pay period.
  • Position is not benefits eligible.
  • 100% on-site work location in Rochester, MN (zip code 55905).
