Join Lennar as a Construction Intern to gain hands-on experience in homebuilding from foundation to completion in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Work with experienced associates in building single-family homes from foundation to completion.
  • Collaborate with trade partners on drywall, electrical, framing, plumbing, and other building stages.
  • Potentially work with homeowners to resolve any open issues after home completion.
  • Learn to evaluate the quality of a home and work as part of a team.
  • Gain exposure to a large corporate culture.
  • Perform community clean-up tasks at inventory homes, models, and home sites.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Current college or university student, preferably in a construction management program.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to problem solve.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to self-development.
  • Ability to understand and follow posted work rules and procedures.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily schedule.
  • Acceptance of constructive feedback and being a team player.
