Support the CMF Mastering Team in color and material evaluation, supplier collaboration, and quality assurance at Tesla’s Fremont Design Studio.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Support all aspects of the color and material mastering process, including master creation, match to master, and master replenishment activities
- Support supply chain development and troubleshooting to ensure CMF Design intent is met
- Track supply chain performance to ensure color and material masters meet production timelines
- Conduct materials metrology research and implement best practices
- Manage projects related to CMF mastering and quality assurance
About You
What you'll need:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Color Science, Textiles (Technology, Management or Engineering), or a Quality Control/Quality Assurance related discipline
- Understanding of materials development and/or color quality assessment processes strongly preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or Apple Numbers for data handling
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn concepts quickly
- Self-starter capable of managing multiple parallel projects and delivering results under tight deadlines
