Client Services Representative - New Accounts (Start ASAP)

Interactive Brokers seeks Client Services Representatives to support New Accounts, ensuring exceptional client experience in a hybrid role.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Responding to client and sales inquiries about online account applications and documentation requirements.
• Assisting processing teams with client outreach for account approval information.
• Reviewing documentation related to new account applications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assist with account approval and maintenance.
• Identifying improvements in the online application and account opening process to enhance client experience and new account production.
• Cross-referencing multiple databases and ensuring AML and KYC regulatory compliance before account opening.
• Following regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
• Corresponding with clients, sales representatives, and internal client service teams.

About You

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organization, prioritization, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Self-organization, teamwork, and exceptional attention to detail.
• FINRA licensing preferred.
• Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 annually, based on skills and experience.
