Join TIAA’s 10-week summer internship to gain hands-on experience, professional development, and exposure to diverse financial services teams.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting high-impact business initiatives and contributing to meaningful projects aligned with business objectives and client outcomes
  • Coordinating project materials and meetings to ensure seamless information flow across teams
  • Conducting independent research to gather market intelligence, competitive analysis, and supporting documentation
  • Participating in executive speaker series, specialized training programs, and networking events
  • Exploring diverse career pathways by working alongside professionals across multiple departments
  • Building industry expertise and understanding TIAA’s culture, values, and position in financial services
  • Interning within Client Services teams such as RISE, Business Management Office, AI/Metamorphosis, Future Ready/Ramp, or Corporate Strategic Initiatives with specific responsibilities including data analysis, project coordination, event planning, AI tool development, and prototype solutions

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree-seeking program
  • Expected graduation date between December 2025–June 2028 (varies by team)
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and creativity
  • Emotional intelligence and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Preferred skills vary by team, including data science, Python programming, AI familiarity, marketing, event planning, and business acumen

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay range: $22.00/hr - $30.00/hr
