Join AECOM as a Civil Engineering Intern in Houston, TX, gaining hands-on experience with a global infrastructure leader.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Participate in a broad, well-rounded learning experience within civil engineering and related fields.
  • Develop essential, hands-on skills that complement academic knowledge.
  • Support project teams in delivering infrastructure solutions in water and environmental engineering.

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental Engineering, or a related field with at least 2 years completed, or recent graduates planning to continue with a Master’s degree.
  • Interest in pursuing an advanced degree in the same or similar discipline after the internship.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License to visit project sites, clients, and other AECOM offices.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay ranging from USD 19.72 to USD 27.11.
