Assist in developing and evaluating educational programs for children in a dynamic environment.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Assist the child development center director in creating and assessing age-appropriate educational activities.
  • Support training and curriculum specialists in planning activities for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years.
  • Aid in training Child Development Program Assistants and clerical staff using established curricula.
  • Provide advice and training support to the Family Day Care Coordinator.
  • Help manage a training and resource library for the child development program.
  • Assist in directing cooks, food service workers, and custodial staff.

About You:

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A degree in education or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience in child development or early childhood education.
  • U.S. Citizenship and Selective Service registration for males.
  • Ability to pass a State Criminal History Repository check.
  • Physical examination clearance.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary ranges from $49,025 to $117,400 per year, varying by location. Discounts on childcare services are available for employees.
