Join Honeywell as a Recent Grad Chemical Engineer to design, develop, and improve chemical processes in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Apply chemical engineering knowledge and skills in design, development, and implementation of chemical processes and solutions
  • Work alongside experienced engineers and contribute to product development projects
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Impact the development and improvement of chemical processes
  • Provide leadership contributing to company growth, competitiveness, and success

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or similar field from an accredited college or university
  • Graduation date between August 2025 and May 2026, with availability to begin full-time work between September 2025 and July 2026
  • Degree obtained within 12 months of the date of hire
  • Authorization to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels
  • Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement
  • Passion for safety, sustainability, and compliance
  • Strong technical expertise in chemical engineering principles and practices
  • Knowledge in product development and improvement

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual base salary range: $68,000 to $126,500
