Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Apply chemical engineering knowledge and skills in design, development, and implementation of chemical processes and solutions
- Work alongside experienced engineers and contribute to product development projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Impact the development and improvement of chemical processes
- Provide leadership contributing to company growth, competitiveness, and success
About You
The company is looking for:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or similar field from an accredited college or university
- Graduation date between August 2025 and May 2026, with availability to begin full-time work between September 2025 and July 2026
- Degree obtained within 12 months of the date of hire
- Authorization to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels
- Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Passion for safety, sustainability, and compliance
- Strong technical expertise in chemical engineering principles and practices
- Knowledge in product development and improvement
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary range: $68,000 to $126,500
