Charleston Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales Intern - Summer (Jun 2026)

Marcus & Millichap offers a paid, eight-week internship for rising juniors and seniors to gain hands-on experience in commercial real estate investment sales and financing.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Participate in team projects, sales meetings, and the creation of contracts, Broker Opinion of Values (BOVs), and Offering Memorandums (OMs) in-office
• Attend workshops and exclusive Marcus & Millichap University classes covering financing, business development, underwriting, and more
• Network with senior brokers, capital markets professionals, and management
• Engage in mentorship with established brokers and capital markets professionals
• Attend informative sessions with top agents to develop selling skills and build profitable relationships

About You

The company is looking for:

• Rising college juniors or seniors enrolled at an accredited university
• Pursuing a real estate minor or major or participating in a real estate club or boot camp
• No Visa sponsorship available at this time

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $20 to $25, dependent on experience and education
