Your Role:
- Manage client deposit methods, including physical check deposits.
- Monitor and resolve client deposit exceptions.
- Interface with banks for proper processing of client deposits.
- Resolve discrepancies between internal systems and bank statements.
- Collaborate with compliance, risk, and client service teams to address deposit and withdrawal issues.
- Implement improvements to cashiering systems and payment methods.
- Participate in projects to enhance operations and client experience.
About You:
- A Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency with computers and technology.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word for data presentation.
- Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience in a similar role is a plus.
