Analyze semiconductor test and process data to identify yield issues and develop solutions in a collaborative, innovative environment at Texas Instruments.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing end of line probe/test, parametric, and process data to identify yield and qualification limiting issues on new products in technology development phase
- Communicating analysis results to fab, design, integration, and product teams to drive issue resolution
- Developing failure models based on electrical testing, parametric, and fab data
- Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to solve complex, multi-faceted issues
- Planning effectively, managing schedules, meeting deadlines on multiple tasks, and leading technical discussions
- Communicating project status and actions clearly across organizational boundaries
- Collaborating with diverse teams and multiple organizations to achieve goals
About You
The company is looking for candidates with:
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related field
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0
- Knowledge of wafer fabrication, semiconductor device physics, and circuit analysis
- Programming skills, preferably Python
- Familiarity with embedded systems, SRAM, Flash, digital and analog systems is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate across functions

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, interrupt-driven environment
