Join JPMorganChase as a Business Transformation Intern to support banking office operations and process improvements during a 10-week summer program.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Provide general administrative support on key departmental day-to-day tasks such as document management, team governance, data maintenance, and reporting
• Actively participate in projects from start to completion, supporting tasks related to process documentation, automation, and simplification
• Work with industry experts to improve processes and identify opportunities supporting legal global businesses

About You

The company is looking for:

• Fluency in English
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to manage internal and external requests
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
• Demonstrated interest in Business Administration, Management, or Governance (preferred)
