Your Role:
Key responsibilities include:
- Administrate users and accounts on different platforms.
- Facilitate application integration engagement projects between different stakeholders.
- Assist in identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define process objectives and software design.
- Create process maps, documentation, and training materials.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and change management efforts.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor process performance.
- Facilitate and host training sessions to align internal/external stakeholders and ensure adoption.
- Coordinate with IT and business teams to ensure alignment between processes and systems.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Familiarity with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and BPM software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM/FSL and Oracle EBS (a plus).
- Exposure to methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma (a plus).
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Computer Science, etc.).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
