Gain hands-on experience at Honeywell by supporting process improvement, application integration, and cross-functional collaboration.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administrate users and accounts on different platforms.
  • Facilitate application integration engagement projects between different stakeholders.
  • Assist in identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define process objectives and software design.
  • Create process maps, documentation, and training materials.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and change management efforts.
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor process performance.
  • Facilitate and host training sessions to align internal/external stakeholders and ensure adoption.
  • Coordinate with IT and business teams to ensure alignment between processes and systems.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Familiarity with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and BPM software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM/FSL and Oracle EBS (a plus).
  • Exposure to methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma (a plus).
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Computer Science, etc.).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
