Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Support high-impact business initiatives by contributing to meaningful projects aligned with business objectives and client outcomes
- Coordinate project materials and meetings to ensure seamless information flow across teams
- Conduct independent research to gather market intelligence, competitive analysis, and supporting documentation
- Engage in professional development through executive speaker series, specialized training programs, and networking events
- Work alongside professionals across multiple departments to explore diverse career pathways and gain hands-on experience
- Build industry expertise and deepen knowledge of TIAA’s culture, values, and position within financial services
- Utilize classroom learning in developmental roles within Global Corporate Services and Strategy & Governance
About You
The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree-seeking program
- Expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2028
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence
- Well organized, detail-oriented, able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Resourceful in performing research via internet and other channels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous Human Resources or Communications experience from classes, internships, or work experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
