Join Cisco as a Business Analyst Intern to develop solutions for business challenges and collaborate across teams in a leading technology company.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Develop creative solutions for real business challenges.
  • Collaborate on multi-functional projects to identify areas for improvement within Cisco.
  • Analyze internal processes, data, and problems to identify benefits from enabling new capabilities.
  • Improve how Cisco operates and how teams work together.

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Currently enrolled in a certification program (e.g., Boot Camp, Apprenticeship, Community College) or an undergraduate degree program in Business, Supply Chain, Communications, Mathematics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Legal authorization to live and work in the U.S. without visa support or sponsorship.
  • High level of customer focus and service excellence.
  • Collaboration skills with internal and external customers and multi-functional teams.
  • Superb interpersonal skills and a ""can do"" attitude in a global environment.
  • Effective time-management and prioritization abilities.
  • Process-oriented mindset with a drive to simplify and improve processes.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range for U.S. locations: $44,000.00 - $185,000.00 depending on location and role specifics.

  • Potential grants of Cisco restricted stock units vesting over time.

  • 80 hours of sick time annually with carryover.
  • Additional paid time off for family emergencies and 10 volunteer days per year.
  • Eligibility for annual bonuses and performance-based incentive pay for non-sales and sales roles respectively.
