Business Affairs Intern (JD or MBA Level), Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios (Start ASAP)

Support entertainment deal-making and contract analysis at Amazon MGM Studios as a Business Affairs Intern in Culver City, CA.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Support development and review of talent agreements
• Analyze and synthesize complex contractual terms
• Validate budget and credit alignment with above-the-line deals
• Research industry standards and precedent deals
• Generate market insights for negotiation strategy
• Evaluate opportunities for process optimization through AI integration
• Monitor and analyze deal patterns across projects
• Collaborate with creative executives, production teams, legal counsel, and finance

About You

The company is looking for:

• Current enrollment in JD and/or MBA program, graduating between December 2026 and June 2028
• Ability to work 40 hours/week minimum and commit to a 12-week internship
• Experience handling confidential information preferred
• Concentration in Data Science, Entertainment Law, Business, or related fields preferred
• Excellence in written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Adaptability in a dynamic environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay ranges from $58,968/year to $82,700/year depending on geographic market
