Manage client financial accounts and provide exceptional service as a Bosnian Speaking Financial Account Representative at Shamrock Trading Corporation.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service for financial clients
  • Regularly updating account information to maintain customer records
  • Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Maintaining financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
  • Providing daily funding and handling collections for assigned customers
  • Performing risk assessments and ensuring procedures minimize risk
  • Managing product or service issues, clarifying issues, determining causes, creating solutions, expediting corrections, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Recommending potential products or services to management by analyzing customer needs
  • Answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services
  • Other duties as assigned

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field preferred; or equivalent relevant experience
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience in the financial industry a plus
  • Bilingual skills with fluency in Bosnian and English (speaking, reading, and writing) are a must
