Join Interactive Brokers as a Bilingual Client Services Representative supporting new account operations in a hybrid role.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to incoming client and sales inquiries regarding online account application issues and documentation requirements for account opening.
  • Assisting processing teams with client outreach to obtain information required for account approval.
  • Reviewing documentation related to new account applications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assist with account approval and maintenance.
  • Identifying areas for improvement within the online application and account opening process to enhance client experience and new account production.
  • Cross-referencing multiple databases and ensuring AML and KYC regulatory compliance prior to account opening.
  • Following regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
  • Corresponding with clients, sales representatives, and internal client service teams.

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Spanish and English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize effectively, think critically, and multitask.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Self-organized team player with exceptional attention to detail.
  • FINRA licensing preferred.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written collaboration and communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
