Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Collaborate on live deals, client pitches, and advising a broad range of corporate clients.
- Deliver holistic, structured solutions to meet client goals including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and risk management.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Identify opportunities, develop business cases, and manage deployment and launch of new investment banking products and services.
- Manage client relationships and provide customer service support with decreasing supervision.
- Develop and implement financial models and strategies to support decision making.
- Train and mentor junior colleagues.
- Perform prescribed activities timely and to a high standard, driving continuous improvement.
- Lead or support teams, allocate work, and coordinate resources where applicable.
- Advise and influence decision making within area of expertise, managing risk and strengthening controls.
- Communicate complex information and act as contact point for internal and external stakeholders.
About You
The company is looking for:
- Undergraduate students with a target graduation date within one year of internship conclusion.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 or above.
- Unrestricted work authorization in the United States.
- Keen interest in business and finance with curiosity to learn.
- Resourcefulness, teamwork, enthusiasm, and entrepreneurial spirit demonstrated through extracurricular activities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $110,000 for the 10-week summer internship.
- Work location at 4 Embarcadero Center, San Francisco, with easy access to public transportation.
