Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Collaborate on live deals, client pitches, and advising a broad range of corporate clients.
• Deliver holistic, structured solutions to meet client goals including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and risk management.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Identify opportunities, develop business cases, and manage deployment and launch of new investment banking products and services.
• Manage client relationships and provide customer service support with decreasing supervision.
• Develop and implement financial models and strategies to support decision making.
• Train and mentor junior colleagues.
• Perform prescribed activities timely and to a high standard, driving continuous improvement.
• Lead or support teams, allocate work, and coordinate resources where applicable.
• Advise and influence decision making within area of expertise, managing risk and strengthening controls.
• Communicate complex information and act as contact point for internal and external stakeholders.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Undergraduate students with a target graduation date within one year of internship conclusion.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 or above.
• Unrestricted work authorization in the United States.
• Keen interest in business and finance with curiosity to learn.
• Resourcefulness, teamwork, enthusiasm, and entrepreneurial spirit demonstrated through extracurricular activities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $110,000 for the 10-week summer internship.
• Work location at 4 Embarcadero Center, San Francisco, with easy access to public transportation.
