Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Collaborate on live deals, client pitches, and advising a broad range of corporate clients with structured solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and new product launches.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Manage client relationships and provide customer service support under decreasing supervision.
- Develop and implement financial models and strategies to support investment banking decisions.
- Train and mentor junior colleagues.
- Perform financial analysis, valuation, industry research, client due diligence, and prepare written materials such as offering memoranda and business presentations.
- Act as a contact point for stakeholders outside the immediate function and build a network of contacts.
- Adhere to Barclays Values and Mindset, ensuring compliance with policies, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
About You
The company is looking for:
- Undergraduate students with a target graduation date within one year of internship completion.
- A GPA of 3.2 or above.
- Unrestricted work authorization in the United States.
- Keen interest in business and finance with curiosity to learn.
- Resourcefulness, teamwork, enthusiasm, and entrepreneurial spirit demonstrated through extracurricular activities.
- Ability to perform prescribed activities timely and to a high standard, with in-depth technical knowledge in assigned areas.
- Strong communication skills to guide, persuade, and influence decision-making.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $110,000 for the summer internship.
