AWS Sourcing Recruiter Intern (May 2026)

Join Amazon as a Sourcing Recruiter Intern to engage passive candidates and support high-volume talent acquisition in Seattle or Arlington.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Develop and execute comprehensive passive candidate sourcing strategies including phone, email, and text outreach
• Build and maintain an extensive network of potential candidates through personalized, strategic outreach
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics to continuously improve engagement approaches
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand specific talent needs
• Create compelling candidate profiles highlighting unique skills and potential contributions
• Manage high-volume candidate pipelines and achieve customer goals
• Thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment

About You

The company is looking for:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program majoring in Business, Communications, Marketing or similar with graduation between December 2026 and June 2027
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work 40 hours/week for a 12-week summer internship between May and September 2026
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to engage passive candidates
• Ability to prioritize time across multiple sourcing campaigns
• Demonstrated sense of urgency in candidate outreach and follow-up
• Understanding of providing excellent customer service to candidates and hiring teams
• Preferred: experience in sales, professional work or leadership experience, strong academic or extracurricular record

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay ranges from $24.47/hr to $52.40/hr depending on geographic market
• Compensation may include equity, sign-on payments, and other forms as part of a total package
