Austin Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales Intern - Summer (Jun 2026)

Marcus & Millichap offers a paid, eight-week internship providing hands-on commercial real estate experience, training, and mentorship with top industry professionals.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Participate in team projects, sales meetings, and the creation of contracts, Broker Opinion of Values (BOVs), and Offering Memorandums (OMs) in-office.
• Attend workshops and exclusive Marcus & Millichap University classes covering financing, business development, underwriting, and more.
• Network with senior brokers, capital markets professionals, and management through mentorship and company events.
• Engage in informative conversations with top agents to develop selling skills, build proposals, and forge profitable relationships.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Rising college juniors or seniors enrolled at an accredited university.
• Pursuing a real estate minor or major or participating in a real estate club or boot camp.
• No Visa sponsorship is available at this time.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $20 to $25, dependent on experience and education.
