Join Deloitte as an Audit & Assurance Analyst to evaluate technology controls, advise on compliance, and support clients in managing risks and opportunities in innovation.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist clients in improving the quality of information disclosed to markets and investors to meet regulatory and attestation requirements
  • Evaluate accounting systems and controls, identify areas for improvement, and enhance IT controls and technology risk management programs
  • Perform internal audit assurance activities including financial, operational, compliance, IT, SOX, and QARs audits
  • Consult with engagement leadership and clients on strategic plans and emerging risks
  • Create and manage SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 reports ensuring compliance with required principles and standards
  • Oversee implementation of new systems aligning with industry standards, client objectives, and regulatory requirements
  • Perform internal control assessments and provide proactive risk mitigation strategies
  • Develop recommendations to enhance business processes and systems based on audit findings
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with Deloitte team members and client stakeholders

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Strong academic record with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Residency within commutable distance to assigned office and ability to commute daily as required
  • Ability to travel up to 50% based on work and client needs
  • Fluency in English and Japanese
  • Minimum age of 18 at time of employment
  • Proficiency in Windows-based systems and Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and solve problems critically
  • Ability to learn and implement new concepts, frameworks, and emerging technologies
  • Preferred: Meets minimum educational requirements for CPA licensure in assigned office state prior to full-time employment
  • Preferred: Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or above
  • Preferred: Relevant professional work experience or internships
  • Preferred: Demonstrated recent leadership roles in extracurricular activities
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

  • Estimated salary range: $58,730 to $117,880, dependent on skills, experience, licensure, and organizational needs
